I deliver improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency through the design and delivery of digital, data and technology strategies and transformation programmes. Give me a problem; I will find a solution, get it implemented, support it's adoption, and ensure that it delivers the outcomes required.Since 2019, as Head of Transformation Projects and Digital Transformation Director, I have helped guide my organisation through significant changes in how we solve complex digital and technology challenges and deliver great customer experiences. In case anyone's interested, this is how I got here:In 1999 I got a job at a professional body and education provider sorting the post and processing membership applications. I only got the interview because someone dropped out and had no idea the journey I was starting out on. After that, I've taken every opportunity that came my way, from leading customer service teams, through data analysis, business analysis and project management. In 2016 I stepped up to my first senior management role as Head of IT before becoming Digital Transformation Director, leading a broad strategic technology change programme.Along the way I gained my degree from the Open University, got hooked on triathlon, and rediscovered my love for Lego.I also volunteer as a Digital Champion with Digital Kent and am a Parent Governor at my son's secondary school.
