Built and lead the GenAI CoE for the UK&I region. Our team builds and scales working GenAI solutions to deliver internal productivity benefits and product enhancements. We support Experian's strategy of deploying GenAI through advisory services, building enabling technology and implementing working solutions. Consulting full-time to the Global Open Finance Centre of Excellence (GOFCoE) which was rebranded as Smart Data Foundry in January 2022. Building and launching a not-for-profit organisation that aims to create safe access to private sector data for the purpuses of private, public and social enterprise sector research and innovation. Building a commercial strategy built out of our data and data science capability, that will provide a stream of projects and client relationships that will create social and economic impact, and attract data and funding to ensure the Centre is stood-up on a sustainable basis. Joined a team of about a dozen founders and early employees, built the business to 50+ people, which we launched as a wholly-owned susbsidiary of the University in April 2022.

Building and leading the Analytics Center of Excellence (ACE), including the Advanced Data and Analytics (ADA) teams to serve Barclays UK, the Retail, Business and Wealth bank, within Barclay's Group, as well as provide the analytics capability behind a set of new revenue opportunities and packaged data propositions delivered though the Information Business unit. We are building the bank of tomorrow - "a technology business with a scale balance sheet attached" - by transforming consumer and corporate banking data into new products and valuable assets for the bank, whilst also protecting all aspects of consumer and client data privacy.As part of this journey we have transformed the team into an integrated, advanced analytics unit – delivering recommendations, building new capabilities and developing data assets (code + data) that blend behavioural data, quantitative research, new sources of data (e.g. geo-location) using a combination of data science and business consultancy skills.
