As an innovative technology specialist, I am driven by designing and implementing technology solutions that deliver the best possible business outcomes and improve overall customer experience.My passion in recent years at ANZ has been focused on Cyber Security and Big Data, delivering flexible “data centric” solutions at scale. Cyber Security threats are ever changing, and the need to constantly adapt and evolve my skills as well as think on my feet is what continually motivates me.Previously I have worked as a Database Engineer and Administrator across Delivery, Operations and CoE teams at various Blue Chip companies. These roles expanded my skill set and enabled me to actively influence and deliver on key strategies in the database technology space. Again, simplification through automation was a major focus of mine in order to free up time for value-add activities.Whilst always happy to take on difficult challenges autonomously, I am a strong believer that regular and open collaboration with colleagues can deliver best of breed outcomes for the customer with the added benefit of fostering a learning environment for squad members.
