As a Sports Management major at Spring Hill College and team captain of the baseball team, I have developed strong leadership skills and a passion for motivating others to perform at their best. My experience as a student-athlete has taught me the importance of teamwork, perseverance, and leading by example.Being a team captain has provided me with the opportunity to grow as a leader and learn how I can positively impact those around me. I thrive in environments where I can inspire others and contribute to a collective goal, and I hope to apply these skills to a future position where I can continue helping people succeed, whether on the field or in an organizational role.I look forward to connecting with like-minded individuals and organizations as I pursue new opportunities in the sports management field.
