Current● Hire and train employees; oversee scheduling, payroll processing, benefit allocation ● Manage bookkeeping and expenses for cafe sales, along with developing ways to eliminate overhead● Delegate tasks, monitor quality and employee performance, manage inventory and café deliveries, and monitor property management● Administrate employee accountability and benefits, to include regular one-on-one meetings with employees for feedback, encouragement, and employee growth, apply disciplinary actions when warranted, manage stipends and bonuses for job performance, organize culture-building andteam-building activities for employees
