Support the Extended Care division through comprehensive analysis and reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Develop presentations to senior leadership detailing performance. •Complete ROI analysis on potential new customers to ensure appropriate profit levels are maintained. •Review sourcing and cost changes to determine potential impact to the Long Term Care business model.•Develop proactive analysis to inform leadership of potential options for profit enhancement through improved sales or cost reductions.

Provide financial support to the Metro Richmond area through detailed analysis and reporting on system profitability and subscriber trends. Deliver monthly P&L analysis across ten departments in support of cash flow objectives. Forecast expense accounts across departments each month and participate in annual budgeting process. Generate weekly and monthly subscriber trend reporting across multiple categories and franchise areas.

Supervise a team of four to six analysts providing financial and operational support to the $10B Retail organization of Circuit City across 5 to 8 regions and 700+ stores. Responsibilities include delivering profit analysis, forecasting/budgeting plans, business reporting, and incentive plan administration. Provide direct support to the CFO, COO, and VP team supporting the Retail channel. Provide ad hoc analysis as needed by the Retail Executive team including support of new store formats (The City and Outlet stores), store resets, and sales incentive contests.

Maintained individual performance measurements for approximately 4500 associates. Developed payroll expense budgeting rules to determine staffing levels in the retail outlets.

Provided monthly reporting on sales data and associate productivity. Maintained all staffing data including calculating turnover rates of associates. Calculated incentive based productivity tracking of car electronics installers. Administered seasonal sales contests. Handled all aspects of yearly performance tracking of field management.

Supervised a team of 21 call center associates. Maintained Better Business Bureau relationship for Circuit City. Acted as a liaison between the Consumer Affairs department and General Electric to ensure Computer Support Plus warranty customer needs were met. Ensured proper phone coverage to handle all customer inquiries. Partnered with all levels of company management to resolve customer issues.
