I clean silverware, dishes, glasses, etc. before event starts. I also help put together any last-minute touches for the event at the venue we are serving at. During the event I bus tables (usually 1-3). Between the course meal, I remove dirty dishes and silverware, refill glasses, and just make the guests at the event feel comfortable. After the meal has been served, my main job is just clearing plates and glasses, refilling water or drinks, or clean up the break-down area. I enjoy the job. I enjoy working and talking with the people who are at the event. Though the hours may be long, the work isn't hard and I get to be up and moving around, interacting with people.

I help out the head equipment manager, Tex Ritter, with helmet adjustments or problems, shoulder pad adjustments, handing out gloves and shoes, and wash player laundry. I travel to away games and set up the team locker room the night before and arrive 4 hours before the team on game days to finish setting up before the team arrives.
