Numbers and people (in no particular order) fascinate me!I am currently the Talent Management Lead for our European Corporate and Institutional Banking practice at Oliver Wyman. This involves staffing projects to serve our client needs, but at the same time ensuring consultants are placed in the right roles to ensure appropriate career development. Previously I was a Data Analyst, working for Statistics New Zealand for 2.5 years. There I worked with a range of subject matters including the labour market, injury, and crime. This involved analyzing data and producing output to inform a wide range of stakeholders.I have a real passion for numbers where I am particularly interested in how they tell stories about the world we live in. I am also passionate about helping people and solving complex problems that make a real impact. In my spare time, I am a sports addict who enjoys exploring new places around the world. I also enjoy playing the guitar.
