Leads the Implementation Team for revenue cycle service projects to efficiently and transparently onboard new clients and hand-off to the Support Team. Also manages the Support Team functions, standard processes and SLAs to provide data services to clients that enable daily operations.

In his most recent role as Vice President of Data Services for Cymetrix / Navigant, Nick was responsible for more than 500 interfaces from 29 different systems to manage three million healthcare / hospital accounts with annual revenue of $2.1 billion. He implemented and supported systems for up to 60 clients and works with client’s IT staff to gather data that drives all business processes, including each component of the revenue cycle. Encompasses pre-registration, HIM, contract compliance, denial management, patient follow-up, and debt collection. Nick supervised up to 13 IT people in Irvine, San Diego, Gardena, Nashville, and India.• Developed custom applications for certain clients; brought antiquated systems into today’s technology, and trained users in new applications.• From 2008 to 2012, tripled productivity with only a 27% increase in staff.• Opened three new hospitals from 2008 to present.• Developed first-generation claim status scripting; worked additional volume more effectively and eliminated two positions with this efficiency.During tenure, loaded from 20,000 to 40,000 files per month, and implemented more than 150 projects.
