To be responsible for delivering the highest & most consistent standards to ensure that sales are maximised through the use of Visual Merchandising. To train & develop the store teams within Retail, Trade accounts & International. To ensure sales are maximised through the use of effective store design & VM. Manage the store design delivery programme & implementation plans for the roll out & manage the sourcing & tendering of all the elements required to deliver the store design programmes. To drive a creative/commercial approach to ensure all solus retail stores, concessions, shows, shop-in-shops, trade accounts & international are traded to their full potential.
