In this role I work closely with customers working in industrial sites including mills, plants, factories, shipyards and new construction. I help them spec the right industrial equipment for the job, and organize logistics of delivery and pick up. I also tend do daily operations within our branch including fleet management, contract management, administrative work, and customer service. My collateral duties include being the head of HSE for our branch ensuring team members safety via correct and safe operations and facility inspections. I also frequent our yard and shop to ensure operations are being performed safely and efficiently and get a pulse on our strengths and weaknesses as a team.

In this role I traveled a territory spanning 5 states to meet with customers and to help bring them solutions for their projects. Most projects were centered around moving fluids including pipeline hydrotesting, frac water transfer, infrastructure projects and civil works projects. I helped customers spec the right equipment for their projects using flow control and pump engineering solutions to ensure operational and fiscal efficiency. I gained trust of my customers by providing great service, accountability, and communications before, during, and after the project was completed.

I interacted daily with customers creating water use reports, job updates, stage completion reports etc. I also helped plan and design water transfer systems ensuring safety, efficiency, and productivity within the systems. Subsequently lead crews and organized logistics to get equipment to site for a timely and safe rig-up. I was also responsible to lead crews in daily operations on frac sites ensuring safe and efficient delivery of water. After the job was done I organized and lead rig-down crews and orchestrated the return of equipment back to our yard.
