Sunny Care Pty Ltd is seeking to construct in two stages a 136-bed building with a maximum height of two storeys on an 8,182-sqm lot at 136A Calam Road and 15 Radiata Street, Sunnybank Hills.Stage 1 of the aged care facility will be for construction of 61 aged care beds, administration offices and communal facilities whilst Stage 2 will be for creating 75 aged care beds and additional communal facilities.

Photography is my passion and I have recently turned to capturing the moments for others. I feel honoured to be asked to capture these special moments of other people’s lives.I am yet to attend professional schooling for photography – my training is mostly self-taught with many, many YouTube videos.My favourite shoots are landscapes! Especially wild, far, deep and hard-to-find, with the complexities of tricky filming and remoteness. I was in awe when I first captured the Northern Lights or Aurora on our honeymoon an adventure we’ll never forget. Since then, we have loved exploring and discovering other beautiful places to remember. It really is a challenge to capture certain places with light, dark, weather and stars as the constant dynamic.I dream the night skies. The Milky Way is just one of the many galaxies; with a set time of year to best capture the galaxies from miles away. It sees me out at night February to October.I have also realised the beauty in capturing peoples’ most important moments. I have had the honour to remember family members, capture the love of new families, capture the memories of family at Christmas, hold the memories of new beginnings, collect reminders of amazing employers who want to create something beautiful for their staff and harness the image of personalities and style in time to remember for years to come.We (my wife and I) love to host private photography sessions in our studio “Portraits @ Parker” for family, friends, pets and parents in our Covid-safe environment, or we meet on location and create something special. We enjoy curating and being part of Corporate Photography Sessions onsite or at a destination chosen by the customer.
