I spent 12 years in the Royal Air Force where I learnt discipline, confidence and how to work in a team, I was self motivated and I extended my knowledge in Food service, Bar Management and serving VIP's, I also did my Hotel Catering Institue Management Association (HCIMA), whilst serving in the RAF. I completed my career in July 2000.In the same month I joined Lincolnshire Police where I became a Trained investigator, Neighbourhood Beat Manager, Tutor Constable and Response Officer. In my time in the Police I have worked alongside Schools and Colleges delivering curriculum lessons and community engagement advice within the schools. I have worked in the Intelligence cell and this was building intelligence on local criminals and then building intelligence packages to get warrants to target the criminals and disrupt their activities. I ran an Neighbourhood Action team which was tasked with combatting Anti-Social behaviour in Lincolnshire. My final years in the Police have been on response and this has been dealing with the community and investigating crime.
