    I worked on contract as co-creator of the 'O' Journey at Google, with my friends at the Google Digital Academy.The 'O' Journey is an experience that helps organisations of all sizes kick off a journey towards becoming a thriving, "digitally" transformed company. Across a short series of interventions, the team use learnings from within Google and other contemporary companies to unpack what drives success in the very different landscape of today.We outline the role of "people-led transformation", at Google, with a focus on- How Google keeps purpose central, and their mission-driven customer-centricity- How Google fosters innovation and experimentation through an attribute-driven culture- How to demystify and harness technology as an enabler- How to make unreasonable progress through use of Google Ventures-style sprintsThe programme works as a rapid "demo and install". We demonstrate features that are key to Google's success but then help to install them in your organisation.Last year we tested and refined the programme in a series of Alphas. This year we are adapting it in the current world to work as a physical and purely digital journey and are looking forward to running more Beta tests.The need to transform to become a modern, agile experimental company with empowered, powerful people at the heart has only been accelerated by Coronavirus.
