Nick Webster is a Senior Associate at Green Street. Colleagues describe him as "I have had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know Nick Webster this past year. As one of Nick's roommates, I have been able to observe his study habits and work ethic on a daily basis, and he has proven to be one of the most determined and hard-working people that I have ever met. I would say that his strongest skill is his ability to organize and prioritize, especially with schoolwork. While this is something that many college students struggle with, Nick is always on top of all of his work and incredibly skilled at planning. Nick is also incredibly outgoing and personable, and these characteristics, combined with his sense of humor, allow him to make strong connections with the people around him. I also was able to collaborate with Nick on a group project in our financial accounting class, and his qualities as a strong leader were evident throughout the project. He was great at coordinating with all of the group members, did more than his fair share of work, and pushed us to perform at our best. Lastly, Nick's solid work ethic and ability to problem-solve allow him to adapt and work through any situation. Even when he is taken out of his element, he will work hard to acquire the necessary knowledge in order to do the best job possible. I highly recommend Nick as a candidate for any position.
