I advocate on their behalf in both the employment tribunal and civil court (including appeals courts). I also work on group claims and advise trade unions and their members. A significant number of my cases involve very sensitive issues, often with a prolonged history of abuse, with clients who are in incredibly vulnerable position. I assisted LTU in external and internal employment and discrimination disputes, including advocating on behalf of members at internal hearings and representing members at the employment tribunal. As well as my own caseload, I also advised LTU and its legal advice team on employment and discrimination matters and recent developments in the law.
