- Collaborated with senior and executive leaders to redesign annual HIPAA training and consolidate supplemental training so 9,000+ associates can avoid time waste from duplicative training.
- Redesigned CSM rebid and finals trainings to be a more accessible self-paced online training.
- Built Leadership Development Program (NovoEd Global Squad Leader Academy): Analyzed needs and developed a cohort learning program which resulted in a more consistent onboarding experience for new squad leaders..
- Managed eLearning Tool Pilot: Researched and tested Synthesia AI, created process for requests, created branding and sent communications, processed requests, analyzed survey data, and presented recommendations to SLT.
- Helped redesign Whole Squad Alignment with data to avoid time waste and save money (est. $101k 2022 through 2025).
