Outlier helps companies improve their AI models by providing Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback. This freelance role assesses the quality of AI-generated writing, reviews the work of fellow writers, and crafts original responses to prompts in order to teach the model how to write.

Manage and direct comprehensive fundraising operations for the organization, including corporate and individual base-building, assisting in events planning & execution, grants management, and marketing & communications.
