Current- In this role, I manage the marketing AI roadmap, planning/forecasting, testing and implementation of all AI tools in the marketing stack to accelerate our GTM motions.
- Developed marketing AI responsible use guidelines - greatly reducing unsanctioned trials and legal liability.
- Develop prompting frameworks and guidelines to enable marketers to get from 0-80% more quickly.
- Created the Unisys rapid tool evaluation process - aligning the needs of the business to performance to ensure we onboard the right tools and are objective whenever possible.
- Liaise between the corporate AI enablement organization and marketing to ensure board visible projects are on track and meet board expectations.
