Helped oversee operations and was a connection between part-time workers and full-time managers, helped with set up and take downs of event spaces as well as making sure the events where running smoothly. Dealt with managing those employees below me making sure they stayed on task as well as helping with tasks such as dealing with the money, helping to keep events on time, and other tasks to overall help the experience of those in the facility .
