The Technology Trainer II develops and delivers training and support on all technology products provided by the university to staff, faculty, and students.

-Works directly with students and faculty to troubleshoot and resolve LMS issues, publisher partner systems, video creation and hosting software, and the various university-approved educational technology solutions.-Works on assigned and unassigned tasks in the internal helpdesk systems to provide technological assistance to students, faculty, and staff according to department service level agreements. These services include but are not limited to, enterprise-level ticketing systems, shared support telephone lines and email inboxes, as well as department processes and procedure databases.-Manages the university web pages, calendars, and scheduling tools. -Develops and delivers online and face-to-face training for faculty and staff to introduce best practices and technical implementation of various learning technologies.-Creates and distributes the department newsletter to inform the UHD community of updates, and tips on the current LMS and various educational technology solutions.-Develops training manuals, materials, documentation, and videos.

Solar Supply, Inc. is a privately owned wholesale Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration (HVAC/R) supply company. Headquartered in Lake Charles, Louisiana for over 50 years. During my time with Solar Supply, I completed customer sales and returns for customer accounts and walk-ups. I assisted with the shipping and receiving department of hundreds of incoming and outgoing merchandise. I was also responsible for the appearance and upkeep of the warehouse. I also maintained warehouse inventory through stock replenishing and monthly counts of merchandise.
