Current•Core member of the leadership team responsible for developing strategies and roadmaps to increase company and customers’ physical footprint, market share, brand awareness•Translate and advise complex business needs, both domestic and international, into a realistic set of real estate requirements•Monitor, advise and supervise key contract negotiations with clients, leveraging internal legal and business partners as appropriate•Leading and internal and external teams tasked with real estate portfolio management, site selection, architectural design, construction•Monitoring and advising budgeting, projects, and risk managements of internal and external operations •Present DPMS value propositions to clients, addressing their key business drivers in the most compelling way; analyze client’s area of opportunity•Manage project solutions and pitch development with the Delivery team, collaborating with internal stakeholders to effectively close new client deals•Establish organizational, planning, and management skills, creating a business plan, assessing new markets, qualifying targets, and prioritizing strike time•Develop metrics-driven, process-based environment with high accountability
