I was promoted from Camp Counselor to a leadership position after just one summer working for my township's local camp. I was responsible for the supervision of 60+ kids over 8 hour days as head counselor for Camp Shamrock. I often coordinated with other counselors to plan and execute the camp activities for each day including sports, music, and crafts. When conflicts arise between campers, other counselors, and/or parents I was able to resolve those issues.
