Under the auspices of the Cranfield Trust I worked with Adoption Matters, one of the top three voluntary adoption agencies, aiming to improve financial performance. In the early 1990s I moved into unknown waters - selling IT systems and services. • 2003-2006 Director, Arrk Group delivering software services and server monitoring/maintenance services, from the Mumbai centre.
