CurrentNick Matthews has over 18 years of experience providing emergency management expertise to a wide range of governmental, private sector, and academic organizations. He has successfully implemented high-visibility emergency management and homeland security programs at the highest levels, including for the White House, National Security Council, Department of Homeland Security, and Federal Emergency Management Agency. He previously led Cadmus support to the FEMA National Level Exercise program, leading NLE 2018 and 2020. He leads the Cadmus state and local consulting portfolio and serves and Program Manager for exercise contracts for CISA, EPA, and SLTT clients, and academic institutions. Mr. Matthews brings together real-world operational experience and professional consultancy acumen. He previously served as the Emergency Operations Center Director for the New York City Office of Emergency Management and was recognized in 2013 as an Emerging Leader in Emergency Management by the Urban Area Security Initiative Big Cities Emergency Management Group.
