He has successfully implemented high-visibility emergency management and homeland security programs at the highest levels, including for the White House, National Security Council, Department of Homeland Security, and Federal Emergency Management Agency. He previously led Cadmus support to the FEMA National Level Exercise program, leading NLE 2018 and 2020. He leads the Cadmus state and local consulting portfolio and serves and Program Manager for exercise contracts for CISA, EPA, and SLTT clients, and academic institutions.
