South East

New product launch into ophthalmic wAMD market working across Kent, Sussex, Surrey and South London. Supporting formulary applications, business cases and securing funding with PCT/CCGs payor channels. Working on redesign project with NSH Trusts to facilitate the new product pathway.

Worked across Trust management to ensure wet AMD service is implemented. Work with the units on service redesign making the patient pathway more efficient and increase patient numbers through the clinic. Work on business cases for DMO and RVO licences and investigate tariffs. Manage payor channel communications to ensure business cases are agreed. Defend.

Worked on the MSD account in Primary care.

Worked with Marketeers and sales force managers on sales reports and targets. Trained the Seibel call reporting system to news representatives at ITC.
