· Developed "Situation Sundays" in Downtown Orlando which includes 3 events every Sunday "Sunday Surrender at Ember, Runway Sundays at Chillers and Skyline Sundays at Latitudes. · Responsible for the execution of revenue generating events for a new department growing from (1) inaugural event to over (10) annual events within a 3 year period.· Overall event responsibility includes: organizational leadership, on-site coordination, and team management.· Created all integrated planning timelines, to coordinate pre-event logistics, exhibit setup/break down, security and allocation of services.· Implement project management practices that ensure direction, motivation, resources and effective communication to maximize event planning and execution.· Led weekly cross-functional team meetings leading up to each event, solving logistical issues and coordinating preparation with 10-15 individuals from multiple divisions.· Maintained in-depth project plans including detailed Excel workbooks with continually updated task lists, contact lists, deadlines, and budgets· Assist in the closing of sponsorship dollars by supporting account representatives through sales calls, construction of sales packages and pitches, and various other tools including a 30 page event book, and a CBS Radio events kit.
