Led multiple concurrent projects with budgets ranging from $100k – $1m, often assuming the role of business analyst, team lead and project manager. Key projects include:• IRSA – Business Intelligence project for Revenue Management which combined over 100 reports into a single system and allowed users to create ad-hoc reports through Excel, thereby freeing up 3 full time resources that were responsible for their maintenance.
