About Nicola Moran

I have over two decades of process improvement experience specialising in financial services. With clear understanding of challenges that organisations face I am passionate about coaching and consulting to deliver lasting change across the board. Having experience as an Operations Manager and Mortgage Product Manager, I understand the balance required for improvement, productivity and continually measuring and managing process & product performance. Having built several improvement programmes with organisational bespoke needs I always ensures capability is maintained within to continue the ways of working developed as part of the company needs.I have key strengths in supporting teams and individuals during organisation and cultural change. Enabling people to take responsibility for process through embedding Lean as part of everyday working and maintaining a customer focus.
