Lead product team in driving the strategy and proposition development across the full product lifecycle

Responsible for the internal communications for the Loans sales team including copywriting, relationship management, project participation, training, event co-ordination.

Solely responsible for the retention of existing loan customers, designing and implementing a new retention strategy to improve preservation of the back book. Also responsible for setting up a new cold acquisition programme to widen the mailable population for unsecured personal loans.

Solely responsible for all marketing for the UK branch network for both retention and acquisition. I covered many different aspects of direct marketing including large scale Direct Mail, In Branch Advertising, Press, Radio, Outdoor and Micro Marketing including Direct Sales, Door Drops and 3rd Party Inserts.
