I started my career as an Avionics Technician in the US Navy at 19 and later transitioned to the IT industry as an IT customer support technician. My goal is to grow my career in IT and become well-versed in network architecture and cloud administration.One of my key skills is that I am very detail-oriented, which allows me to identify problems quickly and find efficient ways to solve them. I take great interest in electronics, computer networking technologies, and methodologies. I have earned CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications and have attained foundational IT skills and knowledge from New Horizons Computer Learning Centers. I'm also actively working towards earning the CompTIA Security+ certification.My professional values include punctuality, integrity, reliability, and consistency. I believe in honest communication, work-life balance, family, and living in the moment.
