We support 300+ NIPR machines and 300+ SIPR machines on the primary floor (GOC), 15+ NIPR machines and 15+ SIPR machines in the SCIF, 7 NIPR machines and 7 SIPR Machines in conference rooms, along with multiple teleworking individuals.On a daily basis, I am responsible for installing hardware (monitors, machines, phones, KVMs, and docking stations), installing software (Tableau, Adobe Connect, IC Connect, Global Video Services, Microsoft Office Products, DCS, Mozilla Firefox, Mozilla Thunderbird, JFAST, and Google Chrome), SCCM Software update and pushes, monitoring network connectivity with machines to ensure they remain on the network, mapping network drives, mapping Org Boxes for Outlook, communicating issues between the CYOC and DDOC teams, communication liaison between TCJ3, TCJ6, PC Maintenance, FLAG support, and TCJ3-36, and producing the end of day report. I do multiple daily walk throughs to ensure if there is an issue that we catch it early. I also assist in maintaining the 8 multi-function printers.I provide support for the KM, I created the floor plan map for our facilities that includes rooms, desk numbers, computer numbers (both SIPR and NIPR), VOSIP, Printers, Fax machines, conference rooms, and personnel through Microsoft Visio. In 2021, I assisted in the distribution, setting up, and launching over 300+ new SIPR machines by creating a project management plan that would allow our customer to keep operation with minimum interruption. In leadership, I trained our secondary FACCSM which has prepared him to take on a new FACCSM role in another department when needed. He is credited with an exceptional record of customer service and knowledge base because of this training. On a daily basis, I am responsible for installing hardware (monitors, machines, phones, KVMs, and docking stations), installing software, SCCM Software update and pushes, monitoring network connectivity with machines to ensure they remain on the network, mapping network drives, mapping Org Boxes for Outlook, communicating issues between the CYOC and DDOC teams, communication liaison between TCJ3, TCJ6, PC Maintenance, FLAG support, and TCJ3-36, and producing the end of day report. I do multiple daily walk through to ensure if there is an issue that we catch it early. I also assist in maintaining the 8 multi-function printers in the GOC. I facilitate the Business Relationship Meeting (BRM) each month, along with participating in the ITSWIG meeting. Daily, I participate in the O & I, FUOPS, and CUB briefings. I create, process, and resolve trouble tickets. Monthly, I validate our equipment and verify inventory of that equipment along with assisting the inventory of our ink and paper supplies. In validating machines, I do searches on the network and log in remotely to these machines every 21-28 days to ensure they do not fall off the network (non-network activity after 30 days causes the machines to no longer operate). In addition to the mentioned tasks, I created the floor plan map for our facilities that includes rooms, desk numbers, computer numbers (both SIPR and NIPR), VOSIP, Printers, Fax machines, conference rooms, and personnel through Microsoft Visio. In 2021, I assisted in the distribution, setting up, and launching over 300+ new SIPR machines by creating a project management plan that would allow our customer to keep operation with minimum interruption. In 2021 and 2022, I assisted in operation expansion for both Afghanistan and Ukraine crisis that required rapid response in new workstation set up support.

I was part of the team that distributed over 900+ laptops to the command for teleworking customers.
