This first project there was about the creation of an integration system to let customers register/unregister themselves. I was in charge of a team composed by 4 developers and 1 quality control. We managed to implement the whole system in 4 months.In the next project there, I helped define the architecture for a core system with high availability and load requirements (600 request per minute, around 7000 users). I was part of a 12 developers team and participated on different stand-­alone components that were part of the ecosystem and mentored team members. I also took the Analyst role for a while and wrote several user stories.In these projects several agile/xp techniques where implemented. Also, most components where making serious use of multi-threading.

I was in charge of creating an interface to import wiki pages into a TiddlyWiki using MediaWiki.I coded mainly in JavaScript creating a small framework to create functional tests for the code I wrote.

In my first Google project I developed both server and client side code and project specific API calls in Google’s billing system. During this project I did the set up for the continuous integration system and worked like crazy to increase code quality as much as I could.In my second project there, I took the tech lead role of a 3 developers and 1 quality assurance team. I was in charge of the design, code reviews and production support.The project started from scratch and the design was reviewed by people from both Globant and Google regularly. I performed production support for the first 4 months when the prod support team took over.

Switzerland / Argentina

My responsibilities included: server side coding, technical design, code review, debugging and profiling, team coordination/team leadership and effort estimation.We took over an already developedapplication with more than 800 bugs and ended the project with less than 100 bugs.We also performed application tuning on existing pages taking response times from more than a minute to under 5 seconds.
