Realization of a SWIFT user guide (Excel, VBA) for both internal departments and external clients. The goal was to improve the internal STP process and to help clients to use SWIFT: Analysis of the STP failed trades, proposition of improvements and user formation.

I was in charge of the dividend payments linked to the stock lending and borrowing activities on a worldwide level. In relation with Front Office, Treasury department and external counterparties, I handled confirmations, payments and cash monitoring.
