My responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assists in administering human resources policies and procedures. Collects and maintains HR data related to compensation, benefits, training, etc. as well as making recommendations for process improvement. Prepares internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies. Provides support, direction and assistance to entry level HRIS personnel and technical assistance to the HR / Payroll organizations. Create specifications for systems to meet business requirements. Support end-users for report requirements and report generation. Partners with all organizations involved to insure design satisfies system requirements such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition and systems techniques, controls as well as adhere to departmental standards and procedures and develop system operations and quality metrics to insure continuous improvement.

My position as Sr. Customer Representative includes: receiving and placing calls, recorded dictation, research customer inquiries, sending faxed request, processing insurance quotes, sending notification letters, policy inquiry, review and recommend modifications to procedures and workflow.

As Fleet Manager I facilitate the development of fleet administration standards and vehicle operating policies; preparation of annual budgets and periodic reports on operating costs; purchase or lease of vehicles and equipment; and control over maintenance, repair, replacement, and disposal of vehicles.

I am a lead person on my job where I facilitate and carry out the production of one of many product lines.
