Part of an EU wide team, specifically responsible for Delivery Station launches within the UK. At any one time I can be responsible for multiple site launches running in parallel. This entails managing stakeholders through every step of the process, from construction, IT installation to operational readiness. Working with a broad range of stakeholders has allowed me to build up a strong network which is based on trust and integrity. Earning trust is a key principle in the successful management of projects of this scale, and this is something I pride myself on.I am currently one of two points of contact for our 100 person organisation (EU Launch) responsible for the research and strategy for building a DEI and Engagement plan for our teams. This includes producing surveys, hosting focus groups, analysing data, liaising with directors and senior management and creating a roadmap to meet our goals of becoming a more inclusive and diverse workforce.

Managing a team of 90 fulfilment associates working across multiple disciplines in Amazon's most technologically advance FC. After a successful launch period as part of the HR team, I made the move into operations to broaden my skills and knowledge, with the aim of developing my analytical and data deep diving skills

From July 2018 I was working on the launch of our newest and most technologically advanced building in Bolton which we successfully launched in August. Being a part of a small HR team, I successfully planned and executed an on boarding strategy which brought approximately 1400 permanent associates into new roles within Amazon, MAN3 Bolton. I have also been responsible for the strategic planning of multiple processes, including probation reviews, performance management, team engagement and employee voice mechanisms and feedback. Within this role I was partnering with 16 operation managers to oversee and support all HR related processes and queries within the Robotics Storage Platform (RSP) department. It was my responsibility as an HR professional to guide and support them during ER case work, take ownership of my department’s progression and development plans, as well as working closely with managers to develop engagement plans for the department. I also have a keen eye on data and provided regular updates on RSP specific metrics relating to attendance, retention and compliance on performance management meetings.
