My first duty is customer service. I answer customer questions about service and billing. I also handle shipping faulty equipment, along with inventory. I place all inventory orders and handle the receiving that that. Accounts receivable is part of my daily duties. I enter all check payments received and prepare the bank deposit for drop off. I also handle a lot of the marketing for county fairs.
