In my role at Greenleaf I coordinated over 250 installation projects in collaboration with the Con Edison Small Business Direct Install Program. I worked at the New Milford T.J. Maxx store located in Connecticut. In this role, I began as a women's clothing associate, moving products onto the floor and keeping my section organized. I also worked as a fitting room attendent and cashier. In these positions, I was able to work directly with customers as they shopped the store. A few months into the role, I was promoted to Front End Coordinator and Cash Office Associate.
