About Nicole Pollini

After being reunited with my former supervisor, Hannah Atkins, at at amazing company called VNDLY (a Workday company), I am now part of Workday Education. At Workday, the vision is to make a brighter workday for all. I am excited to be a part of this mission!My 20+ years of experience in the staffing and VMS industries as well as my psychology degree and Masters of Arts in Teaching, have provided me with a multitude of opportunities to learn and grow. I am very creative, I love spreadsheets and most importantly, I am always looking for ways to do what we do, but better. One of my proudest career accomplishments is implementing a billing model that provided great cost savings to our client. I loved being a manager and assisting others with their career growth and hope to manage my own team again in the future.Outside of work, I am on the track playing roller derby for Penn Jersey Roller Derby in Philadelphia, PA. I am a mom with a teenager who loves skateboarding and electric guitar. I enjoy watching British crime shows with my cats, Peppermint Patty and KitKat and support local businesses and the LGBTQI community.
