Key project: End-to-end IT programme management of new university STEM building, including all networking and infrastructure, building technologies such as access control and CCTV, AV provision, and specialist spaces with unique technology requirements including health simulation suite, police simulation, engineering, specialist science labs, sport science labs and psychology analysis suite.I led the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent technology projects that enhanced the academic and administrative experience, including implementation of a research management system, library self-service solution and B2B Salesforce provision. I collaborated with faculty, staff, and stakeholders to identify needs, develop project plans, and ensure timely completion within budget. My role involved coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and mitigating risks to achieve project goals. I was committed to integrating innovative IT solutions that supported the university's mission and improved operational efficiency.

Led projects within the Network Development team to enhance the existing IT infrastructure and identify areas to improve technologies, consolidate work efforts and create process efficiencies. I monitored service quality to meet the expectations of staff, students, and visitors, ensuring objectives were delivered on time and within budget. My role required strong leadership, strategic planning, vendor management, and a keen focus on maintaining high service standards.
