Selected to establish and lead a new office in Kansas City, overseeing campaigns across the Kansas City metro area, Kansas, and Nebraska, generating over $6 million. Spearheaded corporate sponsorship development, cultivated volunteer leadership, and expanded business in the region. Led and mentored a newly formed team, driving growth and maximizing opportunities in the market.Key Accomplishments: • Successfully launched two new Dream Home campaigns, surpassing average ticket sales and raising $1.8 million, with $850,000 in new revenue. • Developed and executed a comprehensive Strategic Business Plan, exceeding first-year revenue targets across all programs, including Youth, Gala, Radio, Dream Home, and Fitness.

Led a team of high-performing professionals responsible for implementing awareness campaigns and events for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital across Missouri, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Nebraska. Oversaw offices in St. Louis and Oklahoma City, managing a $14 million direct budget and a staff of 16. St. Jude is a global leader in the research and treatment of childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases, sharing its groundbreaking discoveries with doctors and scientists worldwide. Signature events under my leadership included the St. Jude Dream Home, radio fundraisers, Marathon Heroes, collegiate events, galas, and the St. Jude Walk/Run to End Childhood Cancer
