• Partner with over 80 suppliers to fulfill customers needs and provide on-trend products• Collaborate with brand and quality assurance teams to provide superior private brands• Analysis and development of pricing strategy• Create and analyze financial data to identify case sales loss, sales and net margin loss and the impact of inventory cost adjustments• Conduct 46 supplier business and marketing reviews annually with key suppliers• Collaborate to develop strategic business and marketing plans, driving an increase in profitable sales• Manage product life cycle to meet DC slot allocations resulting in the discontinuation of over 400 underperforming SKUs and a more profitable return on assets• Collaborate in the development of strategic marketing plans to best support GFS divisions and segments• Execute point of sale development, product guides, direct mail, sample kits, web banner ads, email blasts and rebates to achieve marketing plans• Coordinate with logistics to ensure consistent product supply• Develop new reporting tools for supplier business reviews, monthly financials, category market reviews, corporate dashboards and marketing measurements
