As an Office Student Supervisor at Rheta's Market at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, I primarily guided student workers through their application and orientation experience. I hired Team Members, organized and conducted orientations and training, created schedules, and documented and maintained student records. As the first and main point of contact throughout the beginning of students' employment, it was important for me to communicate and provide support to each individual that I hired as well as the team of Student Supervisors and Team Members.

As a Student Supervisor at Rheta's Market at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, my primary responsibility was to train, manage, and supervise up to 50 student team workers. This included acting as a liaison between full-time staff/managers, delegating daily tasks, documenting absences and policy violations, communicating and innovating within a group setting, acting as a resource when managers were not working, and representing the University's Division of Housing.

As a Style Guru for College Fashionista, a fashion website highlighting campus fashion around the country, it was my responsibility to publish monthly articles about street-found styles on my campus. I interviewed, photographed, wrote, and acted as a representative of the website, which was reflected in my social media.

Hired by the musical theater director for Parker High School's highly acclaimed productions, I assisted choreographer Michael Stanek in teaching and refining the high school students'​ choreography for the musical "9 to 5."​ The choreographer, a New York resident, typically teaches choreography in a week-long time frame, in which I learned the choreography and helped demonstrate partner work. After the choreography was taught, it was my responsibility to observe and direct dance numbers, answer questions, communicate and explain misunderstandings in rhythm or performance, and refine the choreography as well as formations in which the students were organized.
