When Nicole joined the Development team, I spent hours upon hours working with her on product specifications. Again, her attention to detail and follow thru was impressive. I could ramble off ideas, and she would turn them into reality. She was great at summarizing the needs and concepts into a manageable and clear specification. She was sure to seek out and incorporate the contributions of others within Development, Implementations, Support, Sales, and even from the customers. Our work made me feel I was making a difference, and I know much of that was Nicole and what she produced."
