Nicole Hensley is the Regional Marketing Manager for Vaco, serving the Texas markets. She has over 17 years of professional experience in Business Development, Account Management, and Project Management. Vaco is a professional services firm specializing in accounting, finance, business technology, project management, risk compliance, and CFO services. The firm provides short and long term solutions for companies in the area of consulting, project management as well as staff augmentation. Prior to joining Vaco, Nicole was the Regulatory & Compliance Manager with DPT Laboratories, a privately held pharmaceutical contract manufacturing and development organization. In this role, she managed internal and external quality audits, US and worldwide facility and drug product registrations as well as regulatory facility inspections by the FDA, MHRA, ANVISA and other agencies in support of worldwide drug product approvals and distribution. During her tenure, Nicole achieved the professional designation of CPGP, Certified Pharmaceutical GMP Professional, from the American Society of Quality (ASQ) and was part of the management team growing company sales by fourfold.Nicole earned her Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance, from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She previously served on the board of Impact San Antonio and on the board of the South Texas Women’s Energy Network.
