About Nicole Hatch
For 10+ years, I had the unique opportunity to serve as an internal learning and performance consultant at Lockheed Martin—progressing from an award-winning instructional designer to a trusted leader of first-of-its-kind programs addressing critical business needs. My titles included digital skills and technical training lead and strategic skills development project manager; however, it was the dynamic nature of my roles that allowed me to collaborate with different customers every four to six months, consistently challenging me to adapt, grow, and learn. In 2019, I became a Certified Scrum Master, where I co-led and served as a Scrum Master in the launch of Lockheed Martin University. In 2022, I became a Certified Change Practitioner, where I helped guide teams through organizational change. When starting up and launching a Udacity program to upskill employees on AI, data science, cloud development, and programming—I completed a Business Analytics Udacity Nanodegree. Initially hired to design and implement high-quality learning and development programs at an enterprise level, I developed the first game-based learning for the largest training program—Ethics Compliance. I led the design and virtual classroom adaptation of a CEO-led customer-focused program, for which I earned a prestigious NOVA award. I went on to design and deploy training to prepare the 100k+ global workforce for the introduction and adoption of modern technologies, and most recently, I led initiatives to scale learning and development programs. Recognized for building trusted relationships, I utilize empathy and a learner-centered lens to design and deliver recommendations for instruction. I possess strong writing, instructional design, and project management skills. Equally important are my technical skills—staying informed of emerging trends and technologies and leveraging them to create engaging learning experiences. And, finally, having begun my career teaching in Germany as a Fulbright Fellow, and having lived in six different countries, I approach my work with a global mindset—proving invaluable in developing localized programs to diverse global audiences. In late 2023, I left the workforce to pursue personal interests—completing a nine-month intensive wilderness skills and naturalist program. Now, I am seeking a new opportunity where I can provide leadership to create meaningful, learning experiences that go beyond traditional methods and maximize the learner’s potential.
Listed skills include Project Management, E Learning, Instructional Design, Management, and 25 others.
