• Responsible for day-to-day execution of printed Special Sections and Custom Publications • Responsible for all communication between external clients, sales leadership, editorial, marketing and internal agency (designers and writers) to ensure special section plans are in place and budgeted in a timely manner• Responsible for developing an annual revenue and expense forecast for special sections and custom publications• Responsible for monitoring monthly profit and loss statements, alerting relevant departments when issues arise, pro-actively making adjustments when practical, and developing sound recommendations for solutions• Responsible for coordinating with sales leadership to identify and elevate publication strategies that boost revenue, reduce costs, or position products to better perform in the market• Responsible for coordinating sales collateral and distributing to sales force in a timely manner also communicating any product changes directly to sales
