I Am on A Love Diet is 365-day journaling experiment where I practically guinea-pigged myself to see what feeding myself more love could do. Throughout my book I share the many struggles I went through at the height of menopause, including weight gain and auto-immune issues, but also I touch on living with anxiety and depression as well as share some thoughts and experiences about being a suicide attempt survivor. I even discovered I had an eating disorder through writing the book that was lying just below the surface. Subliminal messaging of self-care and self-love sprinkle through as I educate myself on basic nutrition, re-program my mind and eyes, resist and surrender. My book is my story, but it reads like a beach novel that pulls the reader in on a delightful and entertaining ride.
