Vader Content Management Engineer
Current• Organize and lead meetings with internal and external cross-functional teams to support and drive key business objectives through the onboard of new Comcast VOD providers.• Main point of contact in first tier of triage for all VOD content related issues.• Manage, address, and identify resolution steps for all issues reported for VOD content.• Provide quality assurance and systems support for videos that appear on all VOD platforms.• Communicate directly with internal and external providers to ensure the best customer experience. • Leverage knowledge base to steer team communication policy and work management practices while shaping team priorities.• Compile data to track ticket trends, and presents all data to the larger team. • Lead and manage team projects to represent all that our team accomplishes.
