The Langdale hotel is a 4* hotel and health spa located in the Lake District. I was employed and lived on site for the entire summer between my second and third years of university.; Whilst working at the Langdale hotel my responsibilities were many and varied they ranged from opening both the restaurants and the health club to serving customers in either of the resorts bars or rosette winning restaurants.I also had to cover for the manager in weekly meetings regarding sales targets and weekly goals.I was also responsible for stock taking and cashing up during my time there.COMPANY: click2scan

The job involved the handling of sensitive county council files that were to be logged and transferred from paper copies and put online.There were also daily targets with regard to the amount of files that had to be done and these targets were beaten by me on a daily basis.The job also offered me a chance to work in an office which is invaluable experience and will undoubtedly be beneficial for my future employers.
